How safe are they??

Interestingly, the nicotine levels of e-cigarette users found in the sample were similar to those of humans, who used nicotine replacement therapy, very similar. The most important findings came, as the team examined samples for potentially toxic chemicals. They found out, that a chemical, NNAL, the main cause of lung cancer, was 97 times lower in vapers than in smokers. Furthermore, they found out, that NNAL levels in e-cigarette users were very similar to those in humans, who used nicotine replacement therapy. “We have studied the safety of nicotine replacement therapy for three years and have found no major long-term health concerns”, he said.
